Originally from Kansas, Jeff is a formally trained attorney, and has bootstrapped, scaled, and sold his own consultancy. For the past seven years he's joined the financing side of the table, first as an Angel investor, then helping a family office develop a direct investing program, and now leading RSV.

With roots from Kansas, Laura is the fund's turnaround master who has lead multiple companies from the brink to highly successful exits. Her operational expertise spans from early stage companies to being a director for a $1.5B publicly traded company.
